Job Description :
We are currently seeking a Social Charges Consultant M/F to work closely with Baptiste, the department director.
You will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and validating social charge optimization projects for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your portfolio end-to-end (project initiation, audits, reporting, documentation, follow-ups, invoicing, and payment collection).
- Auditing social contributions and charges for our clients.
- Quantifying and recalculating identified savings opportunities.
- Presenting tailored recommendations, either on-site or remotely.
- Preparing and monitoring reimbursement files with relevant organizations in collaboration with specialized law firms.
- Supporting clients during administrative audits.
- Conducting legal and financial monitoring to identify new optimization opportunities.
- Sharing and disseminating expertise (training sessions, team meetings, best practice sharing).
- Identifying client needs and referring them to other EPSA service offerings.
