Job Description :
You will be responsible for conducting, managing, and validating social charge optimization projects for our clients.
In this role, you will:
- Manage your portfolio from A to Z (mission launch, audit, report submission, dossier preparation, follow-ups, invoicing, payment collection);
- Audit the social contributions and charges of our clients;
- Calculate and reassess potential savings;
- Present tailored recommendations to clients, either on-site or remotely;
- Prepare and track reimbursement claims with relevant authorities, in collaboration with specialized law firms;
- Assist clients during administrative audits;
- Participate in legal and financial monitoring to identify new optimization opportunities;
- Share and help disseminate knowledge (trainings, team meetings, best practice sharing);
- Identify client needs and direct them to other EPSA services.
