Job Description :

The Business Developer will be responsible for prospecting and attracting new clients, with the objective of meeting new business goals for their sales region. Establishing close contact with clients, visiting their premises, or conducting videoconference meetings to gain visibility within the business community are key goals for this role. You will be expected to work methodically and develop a strategic prospecting plan for your region, identifying potential clients while aligning with EPSA Portugal's commercial strategy and staying attuned to market and industry trends. Additional responsibilities include generating leads and actively contributing to EPSA Portugal’s marketing initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

At EPSA Portugal, we specialize in project financing, investment optimization, and R&D and innovation funding for our clients. We are currently integrating several sales professionals to help grow our business alongside the team. In collaboration with colleagues at EPSA Portugal, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acquiring new clients, with support from our Commercial, Marketing, and Telesales teams;
  • Conducting sales visits (Startups, SMEs, and large corporations);
  • Direct communication with financial executives and potential client directors;
  • Presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.
