Job Description :

We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager M/F to join our EPSA Marketplace entity, a provider of procurement services.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct prospecting to arrange discovery meetings with potential clients.
  • Expand your existing portfolio while driving upselling and cross-selling initiatives across other business units.
  • Draft and present commercial proposals.
  • Manage and prepare responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Ensure strategic and operational objectives of partnership agreements are met.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients, both in-person and via virtual meetings, in tandem with Operational Managers.
  • Track customer service indicators.
  • Oversee billing processes and support debt collection.
  • Relay feedback on service and tool improvement requirements to enhance our offerings.
