Job Description :

A Bit About the Team

Ekodev is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting a Senior CSR Consultant who will integrate into the heart of our CSR team, currently made up of 7 individuals.
Our team’s mission: “Responsible and regenerative organizations for a desirable future.”

Your Daily Responsibilities

As part of the team, either independently or alongside a colleague, you will carry out CSR consulting and support missions for organizations and companies across various industries. While your primary focus will be assisting businesses with CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), the role could extend to other client demands, such as:

  • Developing CSR strategies and policies.
  • Creating and updating materiality matrices (single and double materiality).
  • Supporting clients with CSRD compliance.
  • Assisting in implementing the European Green Taxonomy.
  • Writing sustainability or CSR reports.
  • Supporting with CSR certifications, labels, and evaluations (B Corp, EcoVadis, etc.).
  • Defining organizational purpose (Raison d’Être).
  • Conducting training and facilitating CSR workshops.

More concretely, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing projects: client relations, defining and tracking project timelines, project management (anticipating potential delays, adjusting methodology during the mission), and collaborating with sales teams.
  • Delivering consulting services: conducting diagnostics, benchmarking, identifying key issues, creating (double) materiality matrices, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data (interviews, surveys), developing business models, creating risk maps, performing gap analysis, facilitating co-construction workshops, defining policies and action plans, delivering training on sustainable development issues, presenting to management teams (CODIR, COPIL, COMEX), etc.
  • Developing accompanying methodologies and expertise that align with mission contexts.
  • Supporting the development of junior consultants, interns, and apprentices.

Additionally, you will:

  • Support the sales team: responding to tenders, providing technical support in proposal writing, participating in pitches, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to internal improvement projects within the CSR division and the broader services offered to our clients.
  • Stay updated on regulatory developments.
  • Write premium content and facilitate webinars on CSR topics.
  • Depending on your profile, develop technical expertise in specific topics.
  • Travel within France as needed for missions.
